Heirloom Vegetable
Soil choice and temperature are so important for growing a mild tasting kale. With that being said, this variety is among the most mild flavoured. The best use we have found as a family for these super nutritous greens is kale salad. Massage the kale with olive oil, add a cup of sesame seeds, chopped red onion, squeeze a lemon, some honey and you are ready for a delicious meal.
