Also known as English thyme this herb works wonderfully with many gourmet entres. Best to grind into a powder or to cook very well as the stems can be difficult to chew in food dishes. Wonderful to mix powdered thyme with salts to help season fried or grilled vegetables. This variety typically reaches 15-30 cm (6-12") tall.
Special Note: Temporarily we only have 'Summer Thyme' not 'Common Thyme'. The leaves are green-grey in colour and has superb flavour. Needs winter protection or treat as an annual. Not as shown in picture.
