Heirloom Vegetable
300+ - Seeds per Pack!
Easy to grow and always a family favourite. This variety produces large white heads and loves the cool Canadian climate. In our opinion these are best to plant in late June or early July, as the Brassica family varieties are cold weather hardy anddevelop their best flavour in the fall.
65 Days to Harvest!
350 seeds/gram Fertilize lightly & frequently, never let the plants lack for water. Seed can be sown directly in the garden in late spring. We suggest starting seed indoors 5 weeks before transplanting in late April/early May. When the heads start to form, gather the outer leaves and tie them over the “curd” to prevent colouring by sunlight.
