Ancient grain used for sprouting as well as to process for flour. Our favourite use for Kamut flour is to make bagels and cakes and it rises well for these treats. This is the only bread flour I know that my body is not sensitive to, which has thankfully expanded the diversity of foods that I can eat. Thank you Kamut!
