Tuscany kale bred in England to have more flavour and tenderness in the summertime. Perfect for baby leaf harvesting as well. AKA Dinosaur Kale. These plants love well composted and healthy soil to produce an abundant harvest all year. Can be used to make Kale Chips in the oven with a tiny bit of olive oil. We tend to harvest the kale baby leaves no matter which kale we grow and mix them in a salad with: walnuts, red onion, sunflower seeds, a squeeze of lime and olive oil. We can eat this every day.
