Introduced in the 1930's this frost tolerant variety is know for being the most flavourful of all cabbage varieties. This makes this cabbage variety widely used for oven roasting and other culinary dishes. Globe shaped heads grow to 2.5kg (6lbs). Sow seeds 1/4 inch deep at a soil temp of 70F. 7 to 10 days to germinate. Space plants 18 inches apart.
