Very large slicer tomato originating from the 1930's. A humorous rumour associated with this tomato claims that a farmer was able to pay off his mortgage in three years from selling these tomatoes. Fruit size 1 to 2 pounds. Ribbed and light red fruit. Very flavourful and rich tomatoes.
